What Accessories Needed For Garmin Nuvi 760?

Hello, I recently received a garmin nuvi 760 gps device. However, it does not come with any chargers, software or cables. What should I get to get it up and running?

Chargers for the home and car. Also consider a windshield mount for the car. A case would be nice. An SD card for your MP3s would be nice as well but in my car at least, you have to place the GPS close to the radio.
